Your classes, your students, your fees — finally in one place.

Sthiti runs the admin behind an online wellness practice. Attendance that records itself from your Zoom. Fee reminders and payments over WhatsApp. Every class recording kept safe. You teach; it handles the rest.

The problem

Three registers for one practice

Your schedule, your attendance register and your fees are the same set of facts, kept in three different places — a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp thread, and your own memory. Joining them up is what Sunday evenings are for.

It is also where students quietly slip away before anyone notices. Priya has attended 9 of her 12 paid classes is an attendance fact, a billing fact, and a reason to check in on her — all at once. Today it lives in three disconnected places, so nobody sees it.

How it works

Nothing about your class has to change

Sthiti starts by reading the practice you already run. There is no migration week, no re-typing your student list, and nothing for your students to install.

Connect your Zoom

Sthiti reads the classes already in your Zoom account and builds your schedule and your student list for you — who attends, when, how often. You confirm; you don't type.

Keep teaching exactly as you do

Same Zoom links, same WhatsApp group, same routine. Your students carry on without noticing anything changed. Attendance records itself in the background.

Let the admin run itself

Reminders go out before class. Fees are tracked and chased. Recordings are filed by class and date. Anything sent in your name waits for your approval first.

What it does

The whole business, not one slice of it

Attendance, without a register

Sthiti sees who joined your class and for how long, and drafts the register for you. Anyone it isn't sure about — "Priya's iPad" — comes up as a one-tap question. It remembers your answer, so the list gets shorter every week.

Fees, without chasing

Dues are raised on time and a UPI link goes out on WhatsApp. When it's paid, the receipt sends itself and the reminders stop. Cash is two taps. Money paid settles directly into your account — never ours.

Reminders in your own words

Class reminders with each student's link, gentle nudges for unpaid fees, an announcement when you cancel. Written in your voice and your language — and you approve before anything goes out in your name.

A recording library that never fills up

Every class is pulled off your cramped Zoom cloud and kept, organised by batch and date, for as long as you want it. Students stream what they missed. Nothing quietly disappears.

Ask it anything, in your own language

"Who hasn't paid for August?" — you get the list. "Remind them gently" — you get the drafts. Type it or say it, in Hindi, English or both. Nothing touching money or people happens without you confirming.

One record, always agreeing

Mark a student present and their class pack decrements, their renewal date moves and their attendance updates at the same instant. One act, three consequences — never three systems that disagree.

Why it's different

Built for a practice, not a coaching institute

We never touch your money

Your students pay you directly over UPI. Sthiti takes no commission and holds no funds — you pay a flat monthly fee, less than one student's fees, and every rupee from your students is yours.

One ledger, not three modules

Most tools bolt a payments tab onto a scheduling tool. Sthiti keeps schedule, attendance and money as a single record, so the numbers can't drift apart.

Wellness, not education

Recording is off by default for counselling and physiotherapy. Consent is asked for, recorded and withdrawable. Clinical notes are encrypted. These aren't settings — they're built into how it works.

It fits around you

Zoom, WhatsApp and UPI are what you and your students already use. Sthiti works with them rather than asking anyone to move somewhere new.

For your students

Nothing to install. Nothing to learn.

Your students stay where they already are. The class reminder arrives on WhatsApp with their link. "How many classes do I have left?" gets answered straight away, from the real record. The recording of the class they missed is one tap away.

For the ones who want more, there's a simple page showing their attendance, their progress and their whole recording library — but nobody is ever made to sign up for anything.

Trust

Your students' data is theirs, and yours is yours

Health-adjacent work deserves more care than a booking tool gives it. Consent is recorded per person and per purpose, and can be withdrawn. Recording defaults to off for clinical categories. Every action that moves money, messages a person or changes what someone is owed is logged — including anything the assistant does on your behalf. Built to India's DPDP requirements from the first line of code.

Questions

What teachers ask us first

Do I have to change how I run my classes?

No. You keep your Zoom account, your existing meeting links and your WhatsApp group. Sthiti connects to your Zoom and reads what's already there. If you'd rather it created your classes for you later, it can — but nothing forces that.

Do my students need to download an app?

No. Everything reaches them on WhatsApp, where they already are. There's an optional web page for students who want to see their history and recordings, but it's never required.

Do you take a cut of my fees?

Never. Payments go straight from your student to your own UPI or bank account. Sthiti never holds your money. We charge a flat monthly subscription and nothing else — no transaction fee, no percentage.

What happens to my existing students and their history?

They come across with you. Sthiti builds your roster from who has actually been attending your classes, so your regulars are already there on day one. You confirm the list rather than typing it.

I'm a counsellor or physiotherapist. Is this safe for my clients?

Recording is off by default for counselling and physiotherapy, and cannot be turned on without your client's recorded consent. Session notes are encrypted. Access is scoped to you, and every access is logged.

What does it cost?

It's free for the practitioners in the pilot. After that it will be a flat monthly subscription — deliberately less than what one student pays you in a month — with a free tier for a single batch.

Being built with teachers who teach

Sthiti is in development with practising teachers in India, and we're taking on a small number more. If you run classes online and want to stop keeping the register in your head, we'd like to hear from you.
