Everything you need to install, use and remove Sthiti — plus how to reach a human. If anything here doesn't match what you're seeing, write to hello@sthiti.com.
Sthiti reads your Zoom account so it can work out your class schedule and your student roster without you typing them in. It is read-only: it never creates, edits, cancels or deletes anything in your Zoom account, and it never joins your meetings.
Specifically it reads your profile, your meetings, your past meeting attendance reports, and the list of your cloud recordings.
After the first read you'll see the classes Sthiti believes it found — each with the days and time it runs, how many times it has been held, and the people who attend. Nothing is created from these until you confirm them, so you can safely ignore anything that looks wrong.
Some attendees will show without an email address. That's a Zoom limitation: it only reveals an email when the person joined signed-in or through registration. Sthiti will ask you to identify those people once, then remember your answer.
To pull fresh data at any time, choose Read Zoom again.
Either of these will disconnect Sthiti from Zoom:
When you remove it, Sthiti stops reading your account immediately, the stored access tokens are deleted, and data imported from Zoom is deleted. To have everything else erased too, write to hello@sthiti.com.
The connection was removed or expired. Connect Zoom again from your practice page.
Sthiti looks at roughly the last three months of meeting history and needs a class to have run more than once, or to have had a real group in it. A new Zoom account, or one where classes ran longer ago than that, will come back empty. Tell us and we'll widen the window.
Attendance reports need a paid Zoom plan and account-owner permission. If your Zoom account is administered by someone else, some reports cannot be granted to Sthiti.
Sthiti groups classes by the time of day they run. A class whose start time moved by more than about three quarters of an hour may appear twice. Tell us and we'll correct it.
