Sthiti. Request early access

Terms of Use

Last updated 16 August 2026 · Sthiti is currently in a limited private pilot.

1. What Sthiti is

Sthiti is software that helps an independent wellness practitioner run her practice — scheduling, attendance, fee records, reminders and class recordings. Sthiti is a tool, not a care provider. We do not provide yoga, medical, psychological, physiotherapy, nutrition or any other professional service, and we take no part in the relationship between a practitioner and her students beyond keeping the records she asks us to keep.

2. Using Sthiti

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us promptly at hello@sthiti.com if you think someone else has access.

3. Your responsibilities as a practitioner

4. Connecting other services

If you connect Zoom or any other account, you confirm you are entitled to do so. We use that access only as described in our Privacy Policy, and only to read. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms. You can disconnect at any time.

5. Money

Sthiti never holds your money. Payments from your students settle directly into your own account through your payment provider. We take no commission and no transaction fee. Fee records inside Sthiti are a record of what you tell us and what your provider reports; they are not an accounting or tax filing, and reconciling them remains your responsibility.

Sthiti is free for pilot practitioners. If we introduce a subscription we will tell you before you are charged.

6. Availability

Sthiti is in active development and provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change. We will not knowingly remove access to something you are relying on without telling you.

7. Your content

What you put into Sthiti stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it and show it back to you and the people you share it with. You can ask for an export or deletion at any time.

8. Suspension

We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully, that puts other people's data at risk, or that abuses the messaging features. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sthiti is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, goodwill or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Ending it

You may stop using Sthiti whenever you like and ask us to delete your data. We may end the pilot with reasonable notice, and will give you an export of your records before we do.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
